Raise an access ticket
Request access to a new app or modify your existing access from Slack. Select from the available fine-grained permissions and specify duration. Upon approval, access will be granted automatically.
Track your access tickets
See and receive alerts for all tickets as approvers act on them in real-time or alert them if it’s been pending with them.
Act on tickets assigned to you
Approve or reject tickets assigned to you directly from Slack. Optionally leave a comment for the ticket creator and for audit purposes.
Real-time alerts
Get notified about sign-ups on watchlist apps, off-boarded employees with active accounts, and newly discovered apps, all in real time.

Log in to Iden

If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in. Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected to the Settings page.

Set up the Slack app

In the settings page scroll down to the Integrations section, click "Setup Slack app" and follow the instructions to connect via the OAuth flow.
